Great coffee, great biscuits and gravy, great chorizo and love the scrapple. That said, my favorite so far is the berry pancake, I couldn’t stop eating it, so good. It is awesome to have a place that is not a chain and is creative and different. My new favorite spot for breakfast. My husband and I have been here twice and will be back often. -Ryan
This was possibly the best breakfast my family and I have had at a resturant! The service was amazing the food was beautifully arranged and obviously made from scratch not just frozen and microwaved! Seeing the owner working right along side the staff made it even better. Will be going back new favorite breakfast place! - Lisa
It’s great to find a place that doesn’t just serve bacon and eggs. We were a party of 5 and we ordered the Summer Berry Bliss Baked Pancake, The Florentine Frittata, Bennie Verde Benedict, Organic Housemade Granola, and the Quiche. Oh my gosh! So tasty!!!! Some of us got the regular drip coffee and a few got the small pot of french press. Our coffee never had time to get cold as the server was on top of it! The atmosphere is really cute and there is even a patio for outside dining. This is just what Fort Collins needed….a really good breakfast place. -Christy
A very good choice should you wish to get away from the Old Town haunts. Our family of 5 each ordered something different and was very pleased. Eggs, corn beef, biscuits, pancakes, home made jam for a variety of toast and all good. Did I mention the coffee? Very good, hot coffee and cheerfully refilled by any waitress who walked by with a pot. We visited on a Saturday morning and found Rise busy both inside and out. -Bill
I think I could possibly say that Rise is the best breakfast restaurant that I have ever had the pleasure of visiting! The staff is very knowledgeable of the food they are serving and very proud of the fact they are serving the best food in town! I have been here many times and I will return as much as possible until I have tried every item on the menu. -Chad
Read about Rise in the local paper. Had to check it out as have known David Daggett for years with his catering business – awesome!! Everything is made from scratch including the BIG cinnamon roles with cream cheese topping and all the breads and chorizo. I had the cinnamon roll french toast with maple-agave syrup. OMG, Scrumptious! Took me a long time to order because there were so many choices that sounded so good. My partner had the usual, 2 eggs, hashbrowns, sausage with toast and housemade strawberry-rhubarb jam. Enjoyed it but said the sausage was too spicy for his taste. We will be regulars of Rise even though it’s 5 miles from us! -Sharon
